Foreman Watson Holtrey has a long track record of working with other attorneys who refer cases to us to reach great outcomes for clients. We work to keep referring lawyers “in the loop” and make sure they are included as active co-counsel in our cases. We believe so strongly in networking with referring attorneys, that in 2020 we launched the Practice Expansion Program.
Foreman Watson Holtrey’s Practice Expansion Program focuses on our lawyers helping smaller sized firms and solo practitioners expand their abilities to help their communities, while also allowing them to increase their law practice revenues.
We know that the backbone of Kentucky’s justice system is made up of the lawyers who have committed to serving the smaller towns and communities in the Commonwealth. Rather than having the national “corporate” firms, who claim to be the biggest personal injury law firm in the world, take cases and revenues out of our Kentucky communities, we believe the smaller local firms and solo practitioners should have a partner in Foreman Watson Holtrey so they can keep those cases at home.
We believe in these lawyers’ commitment to their communities, but we also understand that there are cases that they cannot currently handle because of staffing, and/or financial investment, and/or the expertise required to handle them. That is where Foreman Watson Holtrey joins forces with those lawyers to handle those cases or legal matters. Our goal is to add value to these law local practices, rather than try to diminish the spirit of who they already are, and detract from their value to their communities. The Practice Expansion Program will help insure the strength of smaller sized law practices committed to keeping our Kentucky communities strong.
